Birthday!!

Hi people!! Many thanks for warm birthday wishes, i had a gleeful day ;) This year i didn't expected much for today since i seldom celebrated birthday except for last year which i can safely say that it was absolutely awesome!! I didn't have much sleep last night and when i woke up at noon i was shocked looking at a lovely birthday present from my housemate kak su on the table!! Owh Gosh!! many thanks kak su!! hihihi let see what i've got, taraa!! She bought a mug and a bowl with this cute birthday card. I'm thrilled to death.

A few days ago i asked her for lunch at Pancakes and have some photoshoot (hihi u know my routine ;P) at The Quadrangle of Sydney Uni. I really want to take photo with blossom jakaranda tree since i haven't been there for yonks. The tree looks so amazing, made the season looks purple!! Ohohoho unfortunately the season has come to the end, so do the flowers. That the last piece left as you can see on the picture. Trust me, when it comes to the middle of season the tree is so pretty with thick purple flowers!!

Owh by the way, since i didn't plan much for the birthday thus i did not came out with any theme (hiks..u know me ;P sangat beria and specific). I love dress and i picked this green dress for today's outfit. I bought it last month if my memory served me right . This is another shoot taken by kak su.

Ok let's move outside of the building. The sandstone building is absolutely gorgeous!! Remind you, this is not a Harry Potter building. This photo was taken by timing the camera. The composition is not really good, since the main entrance with huge clock was out of space. Hihi but still love the spontaneous reaction of us. Owh i havent' introduced you to my housemate kak su. Here you go, kak su is a PHD student. She wore a simple white blouse while i was terlebih over as usual ;P

This is another favorite pose for today. We ran out of the battery and took the photos in hurry before it died.

We headed to the Darling Harbour for lunch. The weather was awesome and people was everywhere at the city. We had this Devil's Delight Pancake and Calamari with sour cream!! Nyumss totemo oishii( very delicious) !!.


Oohh also outside the mall, there was a huge Christmas tree. Wahh i missed huge Christmas tree that i love to see at KLCC ;)

Window Shopping!!

Hello readers. How you doing? I went out for window shopping today, and also hunting for a really nice dress. Found heaps but can't really make up my mind to choose which one is the best. Here some of that, you can click on image to enlarge. Enjoy~~

Dress 1
I really love this blue dress after watched one of the Australian Idol finalist wore the same design. I just love how the end of the dress was designed. It look really fabulous when match it with legging. It cost of $15 at Valleygirl store.

Dress2
This red dress pretty much has the same design with the top one. One of my favorite style. It looks nice on the front view, but when you look at the side view, i look like a preggy woman!! owh tidak!! it cheap though, $20 after 50% sale at Supre store.

Dress 3
I found this is the most stunning dress among heaps of many others. It made with cotton and bright pink color looks absolutely gorgeous!! It took me a while to decide since this is the last size left and there was a stain on the material. I went to the other store looking for the dress, unfortunately i can't find it. The price is $28 at Supre store.

Dress4
This black dress one of my favorite style to be wear during a special day. That was the smallest size left and it just too big for me. It so simple, plain black and nice flower belt on the waist. It cost of $20 at Valleygirl store.

Dress5
Hahaha, don't laugh at this dress. I found it odd though looking at the material and color. I just have fun fitting it. Guess what, the size was too small for me because of the thick layer.I just let it cling on my body because i couldn't fully zipped myself up. It cost of $20 at Valleygirl store.

Dress6
This dress is so simple. Great on jeans and legging. It cost of $10 at Valleygirl store. Ohhohooho, i wonder why i keep my leg at the same position, it showed that i carry weight on my thighs ;)

This is not anything about dress. I just love the belt. It so simple and it stretchable. It worth $16 at Valleygirl store.











Guess what i bought? hikss... i only bought the belt!! ohh so tiring~~

Diet

hehehehe.. received another warning note again. It was stick on the noticed board of this building. The vet said hisham is overweight, and she is under strict diet now. So, i must not feed her again!! wahahaha ;) okay okay owner i am sorry, promised won't give her any food. sorry hisham ;) know that u love this place because heaps of foods but not now anymore. must reduced your weight and be a healthy cat!!

P/s: still have 2 boxes of Friskies, who gonna finish that?

Merry Go Round

Owh so happy, instead of amazing loan, wang loan saya dah masuk today. wah wah syokk!!! Tetapi harus tetap rajin bekerja seperti selalu for uncertain future.

OK I'm Off from work for 2days since today i get up late and the pick is running low. Damn bored and seriously BORED!! Anyway feels like blogging about wedding!! I noticed that this year there was heaps of wedding ceremony involving my friends and i just can't believed it. Okay before i elaborate in depth, i would like to congratulate my friends, nurini, illya, nuha, sarah, jena, diyana, diana&faizal ali (just married last weekend), and anyone who has been in the same batch with me at any schools and levels.

There are a few factors that cause marriage at young age i reckon such as:

1. Mak bapak suruh anak gadis nye kawin. Kalau si kekasih menangguh-nangguh, nanti mak bapaknye kawin kan dengan orang lain. Wah dahsyat!! memang tiada options lain bagi pihak lelaki. kawin sajalah kan.

2. Sangat menjimatkan sebab boleh cut phone bills expenses, dah hari-hari jumpa takkan nak gayut lagi kot. haha. Other than that, boleh share the car or motocycle. Ade orang hantar orang pickup dari kerja, senang.

3. Bagi anak gadis yang bekerja jauh dari parents macam di KL yang macam-macam benda boleh berlaku, ada orang jaga kan senang. Selamat sikit, mak bapak pon tak risau sangat.

4. Biological clock yang sangat di titik beratkan oleh wanita. Some women want to have it all, career and children before they reach 30's.

Yesterday when i told Ichi about this and he curious to know whether i really want it, but of course la i said no. me marrying him at age of 23? ohhh tidakk la kot. There are lots of things i wanna do for myself and my family for sure.

Owh dah melalut panjang rupanya, actually i want to congratulate che pah for her wedding on this Saturday. I am so happy that she found her mr right. Che pah saya anggap macam my sis, met her during my internship at Istana Budaya. Civil engineer yang berpengalaman luas dan dialah tempat saya menangis kalau ade study problem terutamanya last year. Sekarang pon kalau balik malaysia, mesti tumpang tido di rumahnya di AU2 . Lepas dah kahwin ni mesti tak boleh lepak lagi dah. haha.

Lovely day and i am still broke

Owh what a feeling!! Feels completely at home. Just get back from work and having tea with corn and sago porridge on this lovely afternoon. Actually i didn't get much sleep last night, put the blame on Ichi haha. He just arrived from Bandung and around 2.30am in the morning i rang him. After that i had a weird dream and tidur tidur ayam saja.

Love the weather. Heard that today is the last sunny day for this week as it will be raining till weekend. ahhh to bad.

I am completely broke now. Wish time flies faster as i hardly can't wait for the wages next week.

Howdy everyone. Actually i am not that busy, I've been staring at my blog today and over past few days but i just couldn't write anything on it. I don't feel like to blog, i feel empty and scary. I hate when i am not busy like today and yesterday because the result thingy keep lingering on mind. I hope everything will be okay this time because i hardly want to go home, for good. I'm happy to see Monday, I'll be working tomorrow, at least I've got something to do. You must don't have any idea how tough my work became these year. Everyday, i am counting every minutes and every hours to go home. It just so tiring!!!!8 am to noon is the hardest part to go, and yea people must keep on living!!

Wes Car won the big game tonight. I am so overwhelming!! Congrats for winning The Australian Idol 2008.

Diari cik wok

Oooh penat sekali. Exam baru habis semalam, semua paper pon susah, dah tiada kudrat lagi meratapi hari-hari yang sedih. harap harap pass la semuanya kerana saya mahu habis belajar dan pulang ke Malaysia tanah air tercinta.

Hari ini saya mula masuk bekerja setelah 2 minggu lebih bercuti. Saya membawa coklat Ferrero rocher untuk bos dan rakan-rakan sekerja, sekelip mata saja licin. Bukan banyak duit nak kasi Ferrero rocher coklat yang mahal untuk mereka, mahupun niat membodek bos, tetapi coklat itu kak su yang beli dan dia kata tak halal. Kandungannya mengandungi "whey protein" yang diperolehi daripada haiwan. Selamat, memang rezeki mereka.

Penat sekali bekerja ditambah pula period hari ni. memang sakit belakang oi, dan semasa menunggu bas mata pun tak dapat dibuka lagi. Pulang saja hisham terus mengganggu minta menemani dia bergolek-golek di hadapan tv. Selepas itu menghantar dia keluar dan saya terus membasuh akuarium. Kesian sangat kat ikan ikan di dalam itu dah sebulan air tak bertukar.

Hari ini adik perempuan saya mengantar SMS dan mengingatkan saya supaya membeli ipod yang dia pesan. Hai banyak songeh betul budak popo ni. Ada hati dia nak kawin awal daripada saya, siap tanya kalau langkah bendul apa yang saya mahu. Haaha saya pun membalas mahu toyota yaris atau honda jazz. Terus senyap tak balas mesej. Hahaha selamat lah kamu popo.

Memang tak tahu aktiviti apa yang nak dibuat pada waktu cuti musim panas ini. Hanya bekerja setiap hari kecuali hujung minggu. Mahu aktif melakukan aktiviti kesihatan seperti pergi ke gym dan menghadiri kelas yoga yang dirindui, tetapi wang saku tidak mencukupi. Nampaknya harus berjogging di Sydney Park atau pun di tepi-tepi jalan saja.

Ichi akan pulang ke Australia kurang dari sebulan saja lagi. Wah seronoknya!! Berjaya juga saya hidup dengan tabah tanpa dia disisi selama hampir 2bulan. Boleh dikatakan sudah hampir berjaya melepasi rintangan percintaan pertama. Wahahahahaha, tolong bawakan komik shin chan yang banyak untuk saya Ok ichi!!

Sudah tidak tahu hendak tulis apa. Oh terlupa ada sesiapa yang pergi konsert akhir Australian Idol? wahh berharap Wess Car akan menang, yoohoooo!!!

Hi all. Been busy these day and not so into blogging as well. Anyway today, i went to open house again at Merrickville. Had nasi minyak and bihun goreng there and unfortunately no photos taken. Hihi missing ichi a lot and lucky video call over the internet is so convenient connecting people from different side of the world. So we were skype-ing almost every day.

Pictures taken today as the video quality was superb. huh he bought a new macbook!! mine is old already, been using it for a year.

Feeling like having western food for dinner, so i cooked this chicken chop.

Huge smile all around my face ;) hahaha my focus is distorting now. To my surprise i never expected this parcel will arrive this early, and today it just be mine. Ok this is the mineral makeups that i bought for $1 for 30days trial.

Mee Rebus oh Mee Rebus!!

Hari ini otak saya berfikir-fikir hendak masak apa for lunch and suddenly when I came across this one online cooking website, i was so confused to decide between Kuew teow Kung Fu or Mee Rebus!! hmm siapakah yang memberi nama Kung Fu itu, sangat dahsyat but the way it was cooked was different too. It's pretty easy to make but it more likely for one-shot makan-makan punye, so i decided to cook Mee Rebus. Inilah rupa mee rebus pertama cik arnie ;)

Mee rebus ini berasaskan chicken, kalau letak daging lebih sedap dan lazat. Pastilah lebih nyumss!! Saya confused kenapakah dipanggil Mee rebus sedangkan rupanya seperti mee kari, tapi saya tak letak kari. Kalau rebus, kuahnye patut berwarna putih la kan. Haahaha whatever, janji mee rebusku memang tip top. Boleh masak secara besar-besaran kelak ;)

My new Library

I did some arrangement inside my room. Since these days library was always full, so i make my own library. I shifted this white table and pink chair right in the middle of the room, facing the outside view. Actually this pink chair is belong to this pinky bear.

Hihi, i bought it last year and never used it. bought it for the sake of cuteness even it is not necessary. So, all this while, i put this pinky bear on the chair, watching me from the other side of wall. I was afraid looking at her eyes, so i put eye cover on it ;P


Hahaha, comel tak pinky bear ni?Ok wish me luck for the coming exam next week!!

My Small Fitness First Gym

These items i bought early this year. I felt so unhealthy these day since i cooked a lot, and ate a lot too. As soon as i finish dinner i feel asleep and now i can feel something not good with my body. Know what, i used the AB roller and dumbell 2 or 3 times only. hahaha, and that yoga mat it was hard to find because of the colour. Never been to gym anymore since early puasa and cannot afford the fees as well ;P

Spill the beans

Ok now i want to disclose the secret of Hisham. Last time i had chit chat with my neighbour and thought of she was hisham owner. She said that hisham is living downstair and her name is Molly. Molly has a sister called Dorris. hihihi, i don't care, i still wanna call her hisham ;) because hisham is cute!!

The Art of Cooking

This morning my housemate and i had received a warning letter from people living upstairs saying that our cooking aroma was really strong and want us to use the kitchen fan extractor to reduce the smell. Other than that they warned us against the use of food mixer after 11pm and before 8am. Hmm.. let me see, the fan extractor above the stove is not working and i never used it since i moved in. We admitted that we made mistake regarding the food mixer, but it only once. It happened a night before the open house since we had so much foods to prepare hence we still used the food mixer to blend all the raw food. Will talk to the house property agent regarding this matter ;) sorry neighbour!!

Anyway, yesterday i was so tempted to eat Giblet, thus i cooked giblet in two different ways for dinner. Giblet aka pedal in Malay, taste so chewy and nyums nyums.. i just like it.

Hmm.. that's why my neighbors are complaining about the cooking aroma. The way we cook is so different from them especially tumis-tumis part will produce the aroma , so for those who are not getting use with it, mesti terbatuk-batuk la kan.hahaaha ;D

Raya Open House (Part2)

I knew, it took quite some time for me to update my raya open house. The reason is i felt so tired after 3days of hard working, and my previous posts were very simple for me to post. Anyway many thanks for people whose coming to the open house and i had a very good time. The menu consists of

• Bihun sup
• Mee Kari
• Ketupat & Kuah Kacang
• Spring rolls
• Agar-agar (3Flavours)
• Navel oranges nyumsss ;)

A day before the open house we went out for groceries shopping at several places such as Paddys Market and IGA at Market City, Go-Lo, K-mart, and Coles at Broadway, Teks and Randwick Oriental at Randwick, The Chicken Stop at Merrickville, and last but not least The Golden Horn Halal butcher at Enmore. We took 7hours for groceries shopping, and many thanks for Ichi for lending me his car. Otherwise, we couldn't make it.

This is famous Paddy's Market in Sydney. It offers wide range of products such as fruits, vegetables, clothing, and many more. The price is absolutely the cheapest in town.

After get back home we did the cooking preparations and house decoration. Ooh it was an exhausted day and we stop cooking at 12am and went to sleep.

It was pretty much everything. Ketupat, Spring rolls, and agar-agar were ready on the table. We bought Christmas decorations, and haha that's how we decorate our house.

Get up early in the morning and continue to cook kuah kacang, mee kari, and bihun sup. Served everything on the table and our first visitor kak Mas came sharply at noon. My God, i was still boiling my soup, and i made quick last touch up as soon as she came.

These people are my workmates. They also came at noon when i was still bathing. They were pretty much awkward with Malay open house tradition and still love the foods. Thanks for coming ;)

House is getting full. Actually my house is small, people have to eat very quickly and give the spaces to others.

Too bad, i forgot to snap the photo of foods served on the table and also didn't took much photos of crowds. This is what I've got, last portion of foods after the open house had finished. By the way, finally i bought the food cover after been looking for it for quite some time ;)
